Responsibilities

• Handle cargo reservations and booking management for partner airlines.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, cargo agents, and airline teams.
• Monitor flight capacity and optimize cargo space utilization.
• Promote cargo products and services in the market.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners.
• Ensure timely communication regarding schedules, rates, and shipment status.
• Prepare booking reports, sales updates, and operational feedback.
• Support sales activities to achieve cargo revenue targets.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Cargo Reservation Manager to join our growing team in Delhi and Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cargo reservations, airline coordination, and the air cargo industry.

Location: Delhi and Mumbai

Industry: Aviation / Air Cargo / Airline GSA

About the Role:

The selected candidate will work closely with airline partners, freight forwarders, and cargo agents to manage cargo reservations, maximize load utilization, and ensure smooth coordination of cargo operations as part of an Airline GSA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cargo reservations and booking management for partner airlines
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, cargo agents, and airline teams
• Monitor flight capacity and optimize cargo space utilization
• Promote cargo products and services in the market
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
• Ensure timely communication regarding schedules, rates, and shipment status
• Prepare booking reports, sales updates, and operational feedback
• Support sales activities to achieve cargo revenue targets

Requirements:

• Experience in air cargo reservations / cargo operations / airline cargo sales
• Knowledge of airline cargo systems and reservation procedures
• Experience working with Airline GSSA operations will be preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
• Knowledge of cargo documentation and air freight procedures preferred
