Job summary

AVIAREPS Mumbai is seeking a Reservation and Ticketing Senior Officer (m/f/d) to manage reservations and ticketing tasks using GDS systems. The role requires experience with groups, allotments, and handling inquiries from end-customers and trade partners.

You should be fluent in English with knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or Astral, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS).

• Distribution of price quotations and information.
• Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails.
• Daily TSR updates for various airlines using Microsoft Excel.
• Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally.
