Responsibilities include driving timely follow-ups, maintaining high student satisfaction, and resolving issues efficiently while supporting students through the academic lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Graduate with 10 months–2 years in academics or student counselling.
• Strong communication, CRM/ticketing knowledge, problem-solving.
• Excel and MIS skills; comfortable with inbound/outbound calls.
