Job summary

AcceleratorX in Bengaluru seeks an Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing courses and upskilling programs. You will engage leads, assess goals, and explain course details, benefits, and enrollment steps.

You will counsel students, convert leads into enrollments, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly targets. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
