Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer acquisition: identify and meet potential customers to promote credit card products and achieve sales targets.
• Product knowledge: clearly explain features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers.
• Application and onboarding: guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents.
• Customer relationship management: provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships.
• Lead generation and management: generate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
• Reporting: prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
• Cross-selling: identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, or savings accounts to existing and new clients.
