Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional in Chennai to drive BFSI product cross-selling across credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and NBFCs. You will cultivate strong client relationships and work to meet monthly sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries.

The role requires a proactive, independent worker who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment. Prior BFSI sales exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of various banking products including credit cards and loans.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
