Job summary

Axis Bank is hiring for a Relationship Officer (Third Party Payroll) in Pune. The role focuses on driving banking product sales including home, mortgage, business and personal loans, credit cards and MAB.

Candidates with a Graduate/UG qualification and 0.6–5 years of banking product sales experience (freshers eligible) are welcome, and a two-wheeler is compulsory. Location is Pune across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To drive Banking Product sales business.
• Generate Leads by conducting activities & drives in branch and all attached locations, dealerships and other sourcing points.
• Work closely with Branch Head, other team members in the branch, RO from other verticals & Circle Managers.
• Ensure reporting, attendance for training, review meetings & participation in CO / Circle / Cluster / branch level drives.
• Ensure leads and business is generated for Banking Products for the branch.
• Coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products and ensure timely responses to leads.
• Cross-sell other products from time to time.
