Axis Bank in Beed, Dharashiv, and Latur seeks a Relationship Officer for third party payroll, handling banking product sales. Graduate/UG with 0.6–5 years of banking sales experience is preferred; fresher applicants are welcome. Age below 35 and two-wheeler are compulsory for field activities.

The role involves driving sales, generating leads, coordinating with the branch team and circle managers, and ensuring timely reporting and training participation. Cross-selling is expected.

Job Profile:

• To drive Banking Product sales business
• Generate Leads by conducting activities & drives both in the branch as well as in all attached Locations, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time
• Work closely with respected Branch Head, other team members in the branch. ROs from other verticals & Circle Managers.
• Ensure Proper Reporting, Attendance for Training - Review Meetings & Participation in CO / Circe / Cluster / branch level drives.
• Ensure leads and business is generated for Banking Products for the branch
• To coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time.
• To cross sell other products time to time.
