Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited invites applications for a Relationship Officer – GUJ LAP to drive customer acquisition and micro-LAP business growth in Ahmedabad region. You will build strong ties with referral partners, manage end-to-end loan processing, and provide doorstep service to customers.

You will also nurture relationships, cross-sell insurance, and stay compliant with company policies while expanding our presence in local markets.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong customer service and retention focus.
• Ability to build relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per plan submitted to BBM.
• Nurture and develop relationships with referral partners/connectors.
• Manage the customer journey through sales/process/product championships.
• Activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers.
• Learn organization policies and source files per policy.
• Act as the eyes and ears for new opportunities and report to Branch Manager.
• Support customers in end-to-end loan processing.
• Bridge between customers and the branch.
• Handle soft bucket collections, early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh sourcing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health, and life.
• Be the face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the area.
• Retain existing live loan customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development
• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship
• To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
• Retain existing live loan customers.
