Job summary

PeopleStrong delivers in Vizianagaram area by identifying micro markets and empaneling high-quality referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna). You will generate leads, cold call customers, and manage daily sales calls to build a robust customer network.

As the primary liaison, you will nurture relationships, activate referral partners, provide end-to-end loan processing support, and cross-sell insurance where appropriate in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Generate leads in the assigned area and perform daily sales calls.
• Cold call potential customers to generate business and activate referral partners.
• Provide end-to-end support for loan processing and customer journey.
• Act as the face of the organization in the assigned area and cross-sell insurance where applicable.
• Maintain relationships with partners and learn organization policies; support branch management.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the branch for smooth operations.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
