Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Andhra Pradesh seeks a field sales executive to drive customer acquisition for Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads through cold calls and daily sales activities.

You will manage relationships with referral partners, guide customers through end-to-end loan processing, and act as the brand ambassador in the assigned area. Travel within the territory may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold-backed loans.
• Generate leads and implement daily sales calls as planned with Branch Business Manager.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Assist customers end-to-end through loan processing and bridge between customers and branch.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and manage the sales journey from prospecting to closure.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
