Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Limited in Bhongir is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive customer acquisition through strategic business development. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and support end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursal.

You will provide doorstep service, nurture partner relationships, cross-sell insurance, and act as the face of Muthoot Fincorp Limited in the area while retaining existing customers and supporting collection activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and retain relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in local language and English.
• Proven capacity for cross selling and upselling financial products.
• Experience in small businesses development and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development.
• Find new micro markets and empanel quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Work in the area assigned and generate leads; cold call potential customers.
• Make daily sales calls and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Activate and manage referral partners; own the customer journey to closure.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the branch; retain live loan customers.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health, and life.
• Be the face of Muthoot Fincorp Limited in the assigned area; support early collections.

Key Job Responsibilities

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers - at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
• Retain existing live loan customers.
