Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking Relationship Officers to expand our sales team. The role involves sourcing and managing customers for banking products, generating business through field activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Locations include Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Agra and Jhansi; two-wheeler is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any stream) or 12th pass.
• Age 18–35 years.
• 01 to 3 years of sales/home loan experience preferred.
• Local language knowledge mandatory; English an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products.
• Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
