Job summary

Axis Bank is hiring Relationship Officers to expand our sales team in Lucknow and surrounding areas. The role involves sourcing and managing customers for banking and financial products, with field sales activities and a focus on excellent customer service.

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Local language proficiency is mandatory; two-wheeler is preferred to support field visits and timely customer engagement.

• Graduate (Any stream) or 12th
• Age 18 to 35 years
• Experience 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)
• Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of local language is mandatory; English is an added advantage
• Two-wheeler preferred
