Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. is seeking a field sales professional in India to visit customers on-site, explain loan products, and drive home loan growth. You will build relationships, generate referrals, coordinate with the credit team, and ensure credit quality while onboarding new channel partners and expanding housing project opportunities.

The role focuses on meeting sales targets and expanding the companys lending footprint through active engagement with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
• Maintain credit quality
• Onboard new channel partners
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
