Job summary

IIFL Home Loans is seeking a proactive field sales executive in Karnataka to visit customers, explain home loan products, and build trust through regular meetings and professional service.

You will work to achieve sales targets, onboard new channel partners, coordinate with the credit team for smooth processing and disbursal, and maintain high credit quality while expanding the housing loan portfolio in the region through referrals and new projects.

Responsibilities

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company’s business
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans

• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
