Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Coimbatore seeks a proactive field sales professional to drive home loan business. You will visit customers, explain loan products, and work toward sales targets while building lasting relationships.

You will coordinate with credit teams, onboard channel partners, identify housing projects and agents, and ensure credit quality as you grow the company’s lending footprint in Tamil Nadu.

This role requires strong communication, customer focus, and a willingness to travel.

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products

• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
• Maintain credit quality
