Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a field-based Sales/Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition in the Ranaghat region. You will identify micro markets, onboard strong referral partners, and manage the customer journey from lead to loan processing.

You will conduct daily sales calls, nurture partnerships, and represent the company in the local market, while promoting insurance cross-sell to protect customers' assets and health.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP and loan products.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and manage end-to-end loan processing support.
• Make daily sales calls and generate leads as planned by the Branch Sales Manager.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and be the face of the company in the assigned area.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard assets and health.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Sales Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BSM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
