Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a field sales professional to drive customer acquisition and loan products in the Telangana region. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads through cold calling and scheduled sales calls.

You will nurture partnerships, ensure end-to-end loan support, and act as the local face of the company in your area. You will build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while executing the organization’s policies and

Responsibilities

• Find new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale micro LAP business & gold-backed loans.
• Work in the area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads.
• Cold calling to potential customers to generate business.
• Daily sales calls as per the plan to BBM.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate for new business.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as a bridge between customers and the branch.
• Provide doorstep service to customers and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
