Job summary

SULB Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a field sales professional to expand micro markets and empanel strong referral partners in the Khammam region. You will be responsible for end-to-end loan support, customer onboarding, and doorstep service, while building durable relationships with partners and customers.

The role emphasizes field-based business development, daily sales calls, and collaboration with the Branch Business Manager to achieve targets. Fluency in local language and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on customer acquisition by developing new micro markets and empaneling referral partners.
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls as per plan.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and activate them for new business.
• Provide doorstep service and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the branch, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Support soft bucket collections and 12 MOB fresh sourcing; cross-sell insurance as appropriate.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
