Job summary

Sulb Muthoot Fincorp is seeking a field sales professional to drive customer acquisition across the Andhra Pradesh region. You will identify micro markets, empanel strong referral partners and generate leads through cold calls and daily sales activities.

You will nurture partner relationships, manage the customer journey through loan processing and activation of partners, providing doorstep service and cross-selling insurance to loan customers, representing the company in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans (Suvarna).
• Generate leads and conduct daily sales calls.
• Nurture and develop relationships with referral partners and connectors.
• Manage customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship; activate referral partners for new business.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at their residence or office.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as a bridge between customers and the branch.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.
• Be the face of Sulb Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area.

Job description

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors
• Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business
• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
