Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking personnel to process and generate leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing finance. The role involves assessing income through personal discussions and field visits, tracking repayments, and ensuring smooth disbursement of loans.

The position includes lead generation, conversion for existing microfinance members, and ensuring timely repayment while delivering Equitas products cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in microfinance products preferred.
• Ability to assess income via discussion and field visits.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing income through personal discussion & field visit.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loan disbursed.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require Micro LAP or Micro Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Sourcing & completion of loan document application form filling and follow-up till disbursement stage.
