Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks a Relationship Manager - Retail to source LAP and housing finance through connectors and direct efforts. The role spans empanelment of new connectors, assessing income for LAP and micro housing loans, and ensuring repayments.

You will build a team, drive high performance within branch budgets, and generate leads from existing customers needing LAP or housing finance while delivering consistent product and service excellence.

Qualifications

• UG or equivalent educational qualification.
• Experience in retail finance is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a field sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of LAP & Housing finance through connectors & self-sourcing.
• Empanelment of new connectors to source HF & LAP business.
• Process of LAP & Micro Housing loan by income assessment via discussions, field visits and documentation.
• Track and ensure repayments of the loans disbursed.
• Individual contributor with high performance, and a team player.
• Build and nurture a team and enable high performance per branch capacity and budget.
• Lead generation and conversion for existing customers needing LAP/housing finance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayments.
• Sourcing and completion of loan documents and follow-up through disbursement.
