Job summary

Shubham Housing Development Finance is seeking a field sales professional to generate HL and LAP leads through local market activities, referrals, and connector networks. You will meet customers, understand requirements, and explain suitable loan products to drive conversions.

You will coordinate with Credit, Operations and Branch teams to push sanction and disbursement, collect documentation, and maintain relationships for post-disbursement support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP or NBFC sales.
• Strong ability to generate and convert leads through local networks.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or Microfinance sales are relevant.
