Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank invites applications for an External Title Relationship Manager - MF in Tamil Nadu. You will drive lead generation for Micro LAP and Micro Housing, assess incomes through field visits, and track repayments of disbursed loans.

You will also convert existing MF members' needs into Micro LAP or Micro Housing products while ensuring timely delivery of bank services. You will source and complete loan documentation, manage follow-ups through disbursement, and maintain

• Generating leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing finance through field discussions and visits.
• Monitor and ensure repayments on loans disbursed.
• Lead generation and conversion for existing MF members needing Micro LAP or Micro Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services with timely repayments.
• Sourcing and completing loan documents, applications, and follow-ups through disbursement.
