Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. in Tamil Nadu invites an energetic professional to drive LAP and housing finance sourcing through connectors and direct outreach.

You will empanel new connectors and manage end-to-end loan processes, including field visits and documentation. The role requires 1–5 years in banking/NBFCs with LAP/housing experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English plus a regional language.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in banking or housing finance roles.
• Experience with LAP and housing finance sourcing in banks/NBFCs.
• Experience in sourcing LAP/housing products from clients.
• Fluent English and regional language of Tamil Nadu; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and clear written English via email.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing LAP and housing finance through connectors and self-sourcing.
• Empanelment of new connectors to source HF & LAP.
• Process LAP and micro housing loans via income assessment, field visits and documentation.
• Track repayments and disbursement follow-up.
• Lead and build a high-performance team aligned to branch budget.
• Lead generation and conversion for existing customers needing LAP/housing finance.
• Ensure timely delivery of Equitas products and prompt repayments.
• Complete loan documents and follow up through disbursement.

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing of LAP & Housing finance through connectors & self-sourcing.
• Empanelment of New connecters to source business in HF & LAP
• Process of LAP & Micro Housing loan by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit & documentation.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• An Individual player with high performance and be a team player
• To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance as per the branch capacity & budget.
• Lead generation & conversion for existing customers who require LAP/housing finance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form and follow-up to be don till disbursement stage

Preferred candidate profile

• Number of years of experience (range): 1-5 years
• Types of Companies/Sector worked for:- Banks/NBFCs ,Housing finance companies should have relevant experience in LAP & housing finance .
• Responsibility Managed in previous organization:- The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of LAP & housing products
• Languages:- Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
• Computer/technical skills (If Any) Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).
