Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager - MF in Tamil Nadu to manage microfinance relationships at a branch level. The role focuses on sourcing leads, assessing incomes through client discussions and field visits, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement processes.

The incumbent will track repayments, drive micro LAP and micro housing opportunities, and promote Equitas products to members while ensuring timely repayments and cost-efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management in MF is preferred.
• Ability to assess income and credit through client discussions and visits.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
