Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank invites applications for Relationship Manager - Retail in the Mortgages division in Tamil Nadu. You will process and generate leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing through personal discussions and field visits.

You will track repayments, lead generation and conversion for existing microfinance members who require Micro LAP or Micro Housing, and ensure timely product delivery and repayment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in mortgage sales or retail banking.
• UG degree required.
• Strong communication and field-visit skills.
• Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Processing and generating leads for Micro LAP and Micro Housing by discussing income and field visits.
• Track and ensure repayments of loans disbursed.
• Lead generation and conversion for existing microfinance members needing Micro LAP or Micro Housing.
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and prompt repayment in a cost-effective manner.
• Sourcing and completion of loan documents and follow-up through disbursement.
