Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Relationship Manager - MF for the South Zone to drive micro finance products through field engagement and customer discussions.

The role focuses on lead generation, loan disbursement follow-up, repayments tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of Equitas products. Based at Kovilpathu branch, this permanent position requires strong field presence and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.
• Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
• Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
• Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner
• Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage
