GIPS Consultancy in Pune is seeking a banking acquisition associate to drive new-to-bank current account growth. You will generate open-market leads, close deals, and target 4–5 high-end CAs monthly, while cross-selling and handling basic enquiries.

You will liaise with the Branch Manager and product teams to tailor solutions for business customers in the local catchment, and you should be proficient in the local language to engage effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.
• Should know the local language.

• Acquire high-end current accounts via open market leads and close deals (4–5 CAs per month).
