• Follow up and convert home loan leads provided by our in-house real estate team.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to disbursement.
• Liaise with partner banks to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and customers.
• Collect, verify, and manage financial documentation for loan processing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain records of leads, applications, and interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on loan products, rates, and eligibility across partner banks.
• Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and sales teams to close loans smoothly.

• Liaise with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and customers.
• Collect, verify, and manage financial documentation required for loan processing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and interactions using CRM tools.
