Job summary

Shubham Housing Development Finance seeks experienced field sales professionals to drive HL & LAP leads, meet customers, explain loan products and achieve monthly targets. You will coordinate with Credit, Operations and Branch teams through sanction and disbursement, collecting and verifying documentation and building strong local networks.

Locations include Rajahmundry, Hindupur, Produtur and Eluru, with a focus on developing referral relationships and post-disbursement support.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC or Microfinance sales are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Generate HL & LAP leads through field sales, referrals, DSA/connector networks and local market activities.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Source and convert new business while achieving monthly sales targets.
