Jana Small Finance Bank in Tamil Nadu seeks a Branch Business Officer to achieve branch targets, build relationships with support teams, promote housing loans, and maintain customer satisfaction post-disbursement. You will drive outreach at JC/Branch level.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience and an any degree. You will collaborate with DSAs, conduct campaigns, and train partners to meet cross-sell targets while aligning with bank policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch business targets and develop relationships with support teams.
• Promote and source housing loans/LAP through JC/Branch relationships.
• Maintain customer relationships post-disbursement to ensure satisfaction and long-term banking relationship.
• Support collections team to maintain 100% non-delinquency in the branch portfolio.
• Conduct regular campaigns for promotion and marketing of JSFB offerings across mapped JCs/Branches.
• Liaise with DSA/Connectors/Vendors for enhanced business support and implement marketing/sales strategies.
• Train DSAs/Connectors on policies and products to generate quality proposals compliant with bank policy.
• Achieve cross-sell targets.

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for achievement of business Targets in the assigned Branch, Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams

Leverage the existing JC/Branch relationships to promote and source the Housing loans/LAP business

Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and long relationship with the Bank.

Maintain 100% non-delinquency in assigned branch, Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity.

Regular Campaigning for Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped JCs/Branches

Liaison with DSA/Connectors/Vendors for enhanced business Support. Developing & implementing Marketing/Sales strategies by analyzing Market & competitors to grow Bank customer base.

Training our Polies & products to DSA/Connectors to bring Quality proposals which Fits as per Bank Policy.

Achieving Cross sell Targets assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree with Minimum of 01 year experience in relevant field
