Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a Branch Sales professional to achieve business targets, build and nurture relationships with support teams, and promote housing loan products across JC/Branches. You will coordinate with DSAs and vendors to execute marketing strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction after disbursement.

The role requires a degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with potential for cross-selling opportunities and a focus on delinquency control and

Qualifications

• Any Degree with minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achievement of business Targets in the assigned Branch, Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams
• Leverage the existing JC/Branch relationships to promote and source the Housing loans/LAP business
• Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and long relationship with the Bank.
• Maintain 100% non-delinquency in assigned branch, Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity.
• Regular Campaigning for Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped JCs/Branches
• Liaison with DSA/Connectors/Vendors for enhanced business Support. Developing & implementing Marketing/Sales strategies by analyzing Market & competitors to grow Bank customer base.
• Training our Polies & products to DSA/Connectors to bring Quality proposals which Fits as per Bank Policy.
• Achieving Cross sell Targets assigned.
