Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited in Indore is seeking a dynamic Branch Officer to drive business targets and build strong relationships with JC/Branches. You will promote housing loans and LAP, nurture post-disbursement customer relationships, and support collections to keep delinquency low.

You will campaign marketing activities across mapped JCs/Branches, coordinate with DSA/Connectors, and train partners to source quality proposals in line with bank policy, while aiming for cross-sell targets.

Qualifications

• Any degree is acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Wamiliarity with housing loans and LAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve business targets in the assigned branch.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with support teams.
• Promote and source housing loans and LAP through existing JC/branch relationships.
• Maintain customer relationships post-disbursement to ensure satisfaction and long-term banking relationships.
• Support collections to maintain 100% non-delinquency in the branch portfolio.
• Campaign for promotion and marketing of JSFB offerings across mapped JCs/branches.
• Coordinate with DSAs/connectors/vendors to enhance business support and implement marketing strategies.
• Train DSAs/connectors on bank policies to ensure quality proposals.
• Aim to achieve cross-sell targets assigned.

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for achievement of business Targets in the assigned Branch, Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams

Leverage the existing JC/Branch relationships to promote and source the Housing loans/LAP business

Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and long relationship with the Bank.

Maintain 100% non-delinquency in assigned branch, Support the collections team on any delinquencies on the branch portfolio. Demonstrate initiative and creativity.

Regular Campaigning for Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped JCs/Branches

Liaison with DSA/Connectors/Vendors for enhanced business Support. Developing & implementing Marketing/Sales strategies by analyzing Market & competitors to grow Bank customer base.

Training our Polies & products to DSA/Connectors to bring Quality proposals which Fits as per Bank Policy.

Achieving Cross sell Targets assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree with Minimum of 01 year experience in relevant field
