Job summary

Skillventory is seeking experienced professionals to recruit, onboard, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents, building a strong agency network and driving health insurance sales through the channel.

Candidates should be graduates with 15 years in health/life insurance or BFSI, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record in agent recruitment and team handling. Field sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• 15 years of experience in health/life insurance, agency sales, BFSI, or financial services.
• Experience in agent recruitment and team handling will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents to build a strong agency network.
• Generate health insurance business through agents and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Train and motivate agents on products, sales techniques, lead generation, and customer handling.
• Develop relationships with customers and ensure high-quality business through the agency channel.
• Drive new business, renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and sales processes.
• Maintain regular market visits and support agents in lead conversion and business closure.
