Job summary

Magma Hdi General Insurance is seeking a proactive professional to build and manage a health-focused agency force in Maharashtra. You will drive sales targets for Retail Health, onboard IRDA Agents or POSPs, and provide ongoing handholding and servicing to advisors.

The role emphasizes advisor activation, recruitment, retention, and ongoing training to ensure sustained performance and growth of the agency network.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
