Job summary

Magma General Insurance seeks leaders to build and manage a health-focused agency force in a growth-driven environment. You will drive recruitment, activation, and retention of agents, while ensuring servicing and development of advisor networks across Retail Health products.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG with 2–6 years in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to build a strong advisor network.
