Magma Hdi General Insurance seeks an experienced sales professional to lead agency development in Gujarat. You will recruit agents, drive sales through the network, and ensure ongoing advisor retention through focused development plans and regular training.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
• Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation and retention.
• Excellent communication, mentoring and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of building a strong advisor network.

Responsibilities
