Rupeek in Bengaluru seeks a detail-oriented professional for gold loan valuation and processing. You will ensure accurate appraisal, verify KYC, and coordinate with managers for loan approvals while maintaining strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience in gold appraisal and can communicate effectively in the local language with basic English. A two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accurate valuation including cartage and stone deductions.
• Adhere to KYC processes and verify customer details online.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders for loan approvals.
• Generate renewal and referral business by maintaining good customer relationships.
• Address customer doubts during loan processing and assist in lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of Rupeek - KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
• Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
• Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
• Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
