Job summary

Sumeru Global Support Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Executive – Gold Loan to originate gold loan opportunities and manage branch-level operations. You will interact with customers, explain loan terms, and ensure compliant processing to meet targets.

The role requires 0–3 years in gold loan/NBFC with strong communication, gold appraisal knowledge, and basic computer skills. Local market insight will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; 12th pass with relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–3 years experience in Gold Loan / NBFC.
• Knowledge of gold appraisal and loan processing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new gold loan business through walk-in customers, referrals and local market activities.
• Explain gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to customers.
• Assess gold ornaments for purity and weight as per company norms.
• Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines.
• Process gold loan applications and disbursements within defined TAT.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Handle renewals, part payments, foreclosures, and loan closures.
• Follow up for interest collection and overdue accounts.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
• Coordinate with branch staff and report daily business MIS to the Branch Manager.
