Responsibilities

• Evaluate and appraise gold jewellery to assess purity and determine loan value.
• Handle customers and explain gold-loan products, eligibility, and loan processes.
• Generate business through customer acquisition, references, and local market activities.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan-processing experience.
• Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities as per company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Follow internal processes, risk controls, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely loan disbursement and customer service.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) with experience in gold loans and gold valuation/appraisal. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, assessing gold jewellery, supporting gold-loan processing, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and appraise gold jewellery to assess purity and determine eligible loan value.
• Handle customers and explain gold-loan products, eligibility, and loan processes.
• Generate business through customer acquisition, references, and local market activities.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan-processing experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Prior gold-loan experience preferred; gold valuation/appraisal experience is highly desirable.
• Education: HSC or Graduate, as per company eligibility criteria.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of gold purity testing, valuation, and gold-loan processes.
• Communication: Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Sales Skills: Ability to generate business and achieve targets.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to work from the assigned branch and travel locally if required.

Freshers with a recognised gold appraisal certification or relevant gold valuation training may be considered, subject to company requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in gold-loan companies, NBFCs, banks, gold appraisal, or jewellery valuation will be preferred.
