Rupeek Fintech Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Sales Manager - Gold Loan to drive sales and lead a field sales team across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in gold loan and a proven ability to hit targets.

The candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in BFSI sales and field leadership. Knowledge of gold valuation concepts is a plus. This is a frontline sales leadership position in a busy metro market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / BFSI Sales preferred.
• Team handling and field sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and target orientation.
• Candidates from Muthoot Finance, Muthoot FinCorp, Manappuram, IIFL, Fedfina, L&T Finance or other Gold Loan companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Gold Loan sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Manage and motivate Relationship Managers / Field Sales team.
• Generate business through field sales, referrals, local market activities and channel partners.
• Handle customer acquisition, lead conversion and Gold Loan disbursement.
• Monitor daily sales productivity, conversion and team performance.
• Develop strong local market and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Gold Loan, Gold Valuation/Appraisal, LTV and secured lending preferred.
