Job summary

Rupeek in India is seeking a Gold Loan Appraiser to ensure precise valuation, correct cartage and stone deductions, and strict KYC adherence.

You will coordinate with the Manager for loan approvals, build relationships with customers for renewals and referrals, and support brand visibility in catchment areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years of Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and Handling.
• Must be under 30 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary English.
• 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all laid down processes / policies - Verify customers KYC & online registration.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
• Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
• Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
• Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
