Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate valuation by capturing the right cartage, proper stone deduction, and preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all company policies, including KYC verification and online registration of customers.
• Coordinate with managers and stakeholders for loan approvals.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate renewals and referrals.
• Resolve customer doubts and questions during the loan process.
• Participate in business development activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in catchment areas.

Persona

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in gold appraisal, valuation, checking, and handling.
• Upto 30 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic English.
• Must possess a 2-wheeler and driving license.
• Incentives plus TA/DA.
