Job summary

Rupeek is looking for a Gold Loan Appraisal professional in Delhi to ensure accurate valuation, strict KYC adherence, and smooth loan processing. You will build relationships with customers and coordinate with the manager for approvals, while driving new leads and referrals in catchment areas.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal or related roles, with a valid two-wheeler and license, and strong communication in the local language.

Qualifications

• Gold appraisal and valuation experience in the jewelry industry.
• Excellent communication in the local language and elementary English.
• 2-wheeler with driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate valuation and correct stone deductions.
• Adhere to KYC and Rupeek policies during onboarding and processing.
• Coordinate with the Manager for loan approval and documentation.
• Generate new customer leads and maintain relationships for renewals/referrals.
• Resolve customer queries during loan processing and disbursement.
• Participate in local business development to improve Rupeek Gold Loan visibility.

Roles And Responsibilities

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of Rupeek - KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
• Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
• Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
• Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

Persona

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and Handling.
• Upto 30 years of age
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary English
• 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
