Job summary

Rupeek in Mumbai invites a Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in gold appraisal to join our Gold Loan team. You will ensure accurate valuation, handle KYC and online registration, and coordinate for loan approvals while building relationships with new and existing customers.

Ideal candidates communicate well in the local language with basic English, own a two-wheeler and valid driving license, and are ready to contribute to business development and lead generation in the catchment area.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in gold appraisal or gold loan sales.
• Excellent communication in local language and basic English.
• Two-wheeler and Driving License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% right valuation with correct cartage and stone deduction.
• Adhere to Rupeek policies including KYC verification and online registration.
• Coordinate with Manager for loan approval.
• Generate new leads and maintain relationships for renewals and referrals.
• Resolve customer queries during loan processing.
• Participate in business development to improve brand visibility.

• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
• Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of Rupeek - KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
• Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
• Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
• Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.
• Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

Persona:

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, gold loan sales , gold Valuation, Checking and Handling.
• Upto 30 years of age
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary English
• 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
