Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited in Panchkula invites a field-oriented sales professional to drive gold loan business. You will identify potential customers, generate leads, and educate clients about products, interest rates, and RBI-compliant KYC procedures.

You will coordinate branch and field marketing activities to maintain a healthy pipeline, follow up on NPAs and collections, and promote third-party products in local markets, societies, clubs, and residential areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers requiring gold loan.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.

• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
