Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp Hyderabad branch is seeking a sales professional to expand gold loan business. You will identify potential customers, generate leads through cold calling, referrals and local market visits, and educate customers about gold loan products and RBI-compliant KYC.

You will guide customers through document submission, monitor marketing activities to maintain a healthy pipeline, and work to improve branch visibility while ensuring collections and minimizing NPAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products

• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
