Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking a field-sales professional to identify potential customers requiring gold loan and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and local market visits to improve branch visibility. You will educate customers about gold loan products, guide them on document submission and RBI-compliant KYC, and support branch-level marketing to build a healthy pipeline and growth.

• 3+ years of Product / Sales experience in Gold loan or other Asset products.

• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third‑party products.
